- Experience Required: Minimum three terms as a teaching fellow, ideally including core courses. Exceptional recommendations from course instructors are a must.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Leadership Transition: Engage in strategy sessions with the outgoing TF Coordinator and your faculty advisor to ensure a seamless transition and immediate impact in your new role.
- Community Engagement: Initiate and lead introduction sessions with teaching fellows to reinforce the roles and responsibilities of the position, boosting the visibility and impact of the TF Coordinator.
- Documentation and Communication: Oversee the updating of job descriptions and the distribution of best practices among teaching fellows. Your correspondence with new faculty will set the tone for the academic year, making your role pivotal from day one.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Strategic Representation: Act as the face of the Economics Department at student events, championing the department and its initiatives.
- Community Building: Organize and host appreciation events for teaching fellows, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Partner with student associations and groups to promote diversity within the department, playing a key role in shaping an inclusive academic environment.
- Faculty Collaboration: Regular meetings with the faculty advisor and targeted discussions with course instructors to enhance TF integration and recruitment.
- Feedback and Enhancements: Collect and analyze feedback through various channels to prepare insightful reports that highlight successes and identify opportunities for improvement in the TF program.
